artconnexion presents Maria Vaiedelich's first solo exhibition.

Using the city as her medium, and more particularly the architectural environment of car parks, she develops a strongly evocative work on colour and light.

Her base materials are technically simple: a camera mounted on a car, coloured filters on the headlights used as spotlights, gelatin curtains. The spaces are thus radically transformed and become in her videos places of sensory projection with a vast narrative potential, between psychotic hallucination and dreamlike journey.
