As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only the use of the online shop for private use is authorised. Otherwise, the offender is liable to prosecution.
The customer must follow a series of steps specific for each product offered by the seller in order to place an order. However, the steps described below are systematic:
- Information on the essential characteristics of the product.
- Choice of the product, if applicable of its options and indication of the customer's essential data (identification, address, etc.)
- Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Verification of the elements of the order and, if necessary, correction of errors
- Follow-up of payment instructions and payment of products
The prices of the products sold through the website are indicated in euros including all taxes (association 1901 exempt from commercial taxes. The price of our books respects the law Lang 81-766 of August 10, 1981 of book prices.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and/or French overseas departments and territories, the price is automatically calculated exclusive of tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These fees and sums owed are not the responsibility of the seller. They shall be borne by the buyer and are the buyer's responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). The seller invites the buyer to obtain information on these aspects from the relevant local authorities. The association reserves the right to change its prices at any time in the future. The telecommunication costs necessary for access to the association's website shall be borne by the customer.
The delivery costs are calculated as accurately as possible according to your delivery address and the total weight of the books in your order. You can get an estimate by filling a basket with the items you are interested in.
Upon purchase, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the payment of the order, as well as an acknowledgement of receipt of the order confirming. For delivered products, the delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer or by direct collection from Artconnexion at 9 rue du Cirque 59000 Lille. For the purpose of the order, and in accordance with article 1316-1 of the Civil Code, the customer undertakes to provide truthful identification details. The seller reserves the right to refuse the order, for example for any abnormal request, made in bad faith or for any legitimate reason (non-treatment of abusive orders). IV. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide justification or suffer penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be marketed again in new condition; they must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.
