This publication was edited on the occasion of the commissioning of Erwin Wurm's work Bob, a French fries truck installed near the Lille-Europe train station. This work, commissioned by the Maison de l'architecture et de la ville Nord-Pas de Calais (MAV) and the Société Publique Locale (SPL) Euralille as part of the New Patrons programme, provoked a series of reflections on local urban development.
