As a preliminary work for an abandoned New Patrons project for the OLEUM site in Mardyck (59), artconnexion suggested setting up a residency-mission project in order to sensitize the staff to contemporary art. The artist Renaud Duval carried out photographic research on the gestures and postures of groups in safety and industrial maintenance training.

A series of photographs and a video were exhibited on site during an open day on 12 June 2014.
